PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph printing device which can be made compact while securing the excellent printing and the excellent exposure of a photosensitive material by executing the printing and the exposure of the photosensitive material by stopping the carrying action thereof and moving the irradiating position of light outputted for exposure. SOLUTION: This photograph printing device 1 is constituted so that the printing and the exposure of photographic paper 21 are executed by successively drawing out the paper 21 wound round in a roll state and irradiating it with the light outputted based on image data. Then, it is provided with a carrying belt 31 stopping the carrying action of the paper 21 in a fixed time and a printing and exposure unit 60 executing the printing and the exposure of the paper 21 by irradiating the paper 21 whose carrying action is stopped with the light outputted based on the image data and moving the irradiating position of the light.
