PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an method for decomposing and analyzing a non-oxide sample for decomposing a non-oxide sample without any volatility, adsorption, and contamination of the non-oxide sample and at the same time accurately, rapidly, and usefully obtaining the element determination value and the element composition ratio of the main constituent and impurities of the non-oxide sample from the same decomposition liquid. SOLUTION: Using the method for decomposing and analyzing a non-oxide sample, the non-oxide sample is subjected to pressure thermal decomposition.
