<p>Azabicyclic cpds. of the formula (I) and their salts are new X is -COOR1, -OR2, gp. (i) or (ii); R1 is 1-4C alkyl, 2-4C alkenyl, or 2-4C alkynyl; R2 is 1-2C alkyl, 1-4C alkylcarbonyl, carbamoyl or mono- or di-methyl-carbamoyl; Y is a 3-membered divalent residue completing a 5-membered heteroaromatic ring and comprises one or two heteroatoms selected from O, N and S, any amino nitrogen being opt. substd. by 1-2C alkyl and Y being opt. C-substd. by CH3; A1 os O or S; one of A2 and A3 is CR3 and the other is N or CR4; R3 is H or CH3; R4 is H or CH3; p is 2-4; q is 2-4. Specifically claimed are twnty-five cpds. (I) including ethyl 1-azabicyclo(3,3,1)non-S-yl carboxylate 5-ethoxy-1-aza bicyclo(3,2,1)octane.</p> |
