PURPOSE:To prevent the mutual mixing of a sample liquid, by making it possible to inject the sample liquid while the automatic replacement of a nozzle tip is performed with respect to a large number of reaction cells prepared and arranged. CONSTITUTION:The title apparatus consists of a nozzle tip detaching lever 19 loosely fitted around the lower end part of a shaft body 16, the holding spring 20 mounted in the shaft body 16 and always biasing the lever 19 to an upward side and the second air cylinder apparatus 21 for allowing downward moving force to act on the lever and bringing the lever 19 into engagement with the upper end of a nozzle tip 9 in an engaged state to detach the nozzle tip 9 from the lower end part of the shaft body 16. The timings of the engagement of the nozzle tip 9, the subsequent detachment thereof after a series of the suction and distribution of a sample liquid are performed and the engagement and detachment of the nozzle chip 9 further subsequently performed are taken by a microcomputer being a predetermined electronic control apparatus. |
