PURPOSE:To increase registering precision of each blade, by providing cutting edge moving mechanism, a position sensor, measuring the position of a cutting edge, a fastening means, fastening a blade to a cutter body, a cutting edge position control means, and a cutting edge position set means. CONSTITUTION:A cutting edge moving mechanism 16 is provided with a cutting edge moving plate 17 nipping a blade 15, and is provided at its side with a fastening means 18. Meanwhile, a position sensor 21 having a sensor head 22 is situated to the upper part of a throw away cutter 10. A positioning control device 23 transmits and receives a command and data between the cutting edge moving mechanism 16, a driver drive mechanism 19, and the position sensor 21, and sets and controls the blade 15 to a blade set reference position. This constitution enables even the throw away cutter 10, having the high number of blades, to automatically set the position of the blade 15 to a blade set reference position. Since the set executes repeated positioning, precision is improved. |
