The invention concerns a disposable reactor (100) for culturing of cells or micro-organisms or for dissolving or suspending solid particles in a liquid medium, comprising an outer casing (101) and at least an inner casing (102) made of plastic material, nested into each other, said casings being tightly closed with respect to outside environment and communicating with each other, and it is provided with means supplying pressurised gas into said casings and means for evacuating said gas outside to stir the liquid medium contained in said casings by causing it to flow from one casing to the other.
