PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a discharge current corresponding to the load of electric equipment without communicating data between a current sensor and a recharg ing unit. SOLUTION: The discharge-controlling device is provided with a DC voltage detection part 61 for detecting a DC voltage VDC that is supplied from a bi- directional converter to an inverter, a control signal output part 62 for supplying a control signal to the bi-directional converter so that a discharge current value I can be changed stepwise, a first judgment part 63 for judging whether the DC voltage VDC has exceeded a specific upper-limit value VOVP or not, controlling the control signal output part 62 to change the discharge current value I when the DC voltage VDC has exceeded the specific upper-limit value VOVP, and controlling the control signal output part 62 to prevent the change in the discharge current value I when the DC voltage VDC does not exceed the specific upper-limit value VOVP, and a second judgment part 64 for judging whether the DC voltage VDC has exceeded a specific lower-limit value VCMPON or not. |
