PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic musical instrument for performing a melody by automatically selecting a scale matched with the function of a code designated for the melody corresponding to the code type. SOLUTION: This electronic musical instrument is provided with a means for selecting a scale corresponding to a code by designating code progress and a key for a melody pattern and a correcting means for correcting the pitch of the melody pattern for matching it with the scale by operating tone shift corresponding to the code for each sound of the melody pattern. |
