<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber device which can efficiently excite an optical fiber for amplification and realize high output, highly efficient optical amplification, laser oscillation, and simplification. SOLUTION: This optical fiber device is provided with an optical fiber 1 for amplification, which is entirely or partly housed inside a condenser 12 into which an excited light is inputted, and in which at least one kind of active medium is provided in a central core and an outer peripheral core, and a grating 16 which resonates and seals tightly a laser light of at least one wavelength in the optical fiber 1, using the induced emission phenomenon of the outer peripheral core. A signal light is inputted into the optical fiber 1 inside the condenser 12, and it is amplified optically in the optical fiber 1 by the induced emission phenomenon of the central core, having the active medium and then it is outputted to the outside of the condenser 12.</p> |
