The device includes at least one cuff (4) for the extremity, at least one pressure chamber (4.1, 4.2, 4,3) in the cuff, and at least one bellows (5) which comprises a hinge on one side. The bellows and the pressure chambers are connected by a pressure conductor (2). The device is designed in such way, that a production of pressure in the cuff can be caused through a muscle strain of the extremity, and a muscle relaxation leads to a pressure decrease.
