The implant has a cylindrical body (10), with several bores (5) distributed around its axis. Each bore has an exit (11) that is not parallel to the axis. The bores are preferably axis-parallel at first and have a bent part that curves away from the axis. Preferably there are six evenly spaced bores, with small plastics tube sockets set into them. The cylindrical body may have a central bore (4) and an inner hexagon.
