PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the user-friendliness of a measurement device by allowing a user to easily utilize functions of a health maintenance tool such as a Manpokei (R) (pedometer) and a blood pressure meter and a hearing aid or the like. SOLUTION: Functions of measurement instruments such as the pedometer 2 or other required functions are intergrated to a mobile phone main body and a display section 9 displays the measurement results by the functions.
