The invention relates to a method for inducing an animal tolerance in the human body in which stem cells are extracted from fetal or embryonic animal tissue after the removal thereof from a donor animal. The stem cells are preferably pretreated in order to eliminate infections. Afterwards, a tolerance substance is prepared using the extracted stem cells and this tolerance substance is injected into a human fetus or embryo in order to induce an animal tolerance.
