The computer has a main body connected to a display via a hinge. A flexible printed (flexprint) connector is coiled around a hinge pin. The flexible printed connector is cut out from a blank, is folded once at right angles to its longitudinal direction, and connected along this fold to the hinge pin, so that when the hinge is pivoted, the flexible printed connector is wound around the hinge pin. The fold may be attached to the hinge pin by adhesive or welding. A double-sided adhesive strip may be used.
