PURPOSE: A device for controlling an operating part in a high-voltage apparatus is provided, which is inexpensive and controls an operation part in a high voltage portion which is at predetermined distance from a controller without generating vibration. CONSTITUTION: A control part(20) generates or receives an electric signal and controls an operating part that is installed in a high voltage apparatus. A light emitting member for the control part(21) is installed at one end of the control part, and converts the electric signal into an optical signal. A light receiving part for the control part(22) is installed at the other end of the control part, and converts the optical signal into the electric signal. A light receiving part for the operating part(25) is installed at one end of the operating part, and converts an optical signal into an electric signal. A light emitting member for the operating part(26) is installed at the other end of the operating part, and converts the electric signal into the optical signal. The first optical transfer member(23a) is installed between the light emitting part for the control part and the light receiving part of the operating part, and sends light from the light emitting part of the control part to the light receiving part of the operating part. The second optical transfer member(23b) is installed between the light emitting part for the operating part and the light receiving part of the control part, and sends light from the light emitting part of the operating part to the light receiving part of the control part.
