<p>A liquid crystal display panel in which defective display caused by uneven injection is eliminated. Uneven injection is suppressed by controlling the flow of a liquid crystal material being supplied to from a liquid crystal layer by means of a protrusion provided as an obstacle. The liquid crystal display panel comprises a first substrate provided with a color filter, a second substrate having a surface facing the surface of the first substrate and disposed at a specified interval, a liquid crystal layer held between the first and second substrates, and a plurality of electrodes for applying a voltage to the liquid crystal layer wherein at least one of the first and second substrates is provided, on the surface facing the other substrate, with a protrusion for controlling the flow of a liquid crystal material being supplied to from a liquid crystal layer.</p> |
