Temperature sensor comprises a temperature determining element (12) with electrodes (13, 14) and longitudinal elastic electrically conducting connecting lines (15, 16) connected to each electrode. An Independent claim is also included for a process for the production of the temperature sensor comprising producing the temperature determining elements with electrodes on its main surface; forming a connecting line frame having a base part and a number of pairs of planar connecting parts extending vertically to the base part; turning the connecting parts so that each of the pairs has upper end parts with an intermediate space between them; inserting one of the temperature determining elements into the intermediate space and electrically connecting the electrodes to the temperature determining elements; and cutting each of the connecting line parts from the base part to form connections of specified length for the sensor.
