The signal generator provides 2 alternating output signals (T,R) with a given frequency ratio using 3 oscillators (1,2,3), 2 of which are coupled to frequency dividers (4,9) for providing the required output signals (T,R) and to frequency dividers (5,8) providing synchronizing signals (S1,S4). Each synchronizing signal is compared with a respective synchronizing signal (S2,S3) obtained from the remaining oscillator via frequency division, for providing feedback regulation signals for one of the first 2 oscillators and the oscillator providing the comparison synchronizing signals.
