The invention concerns a method for preparing hydroximic compounds of formula (I) wherein the various substituents are as defined in the description, by condensation of an alkaline metal salt of 2-(hydroxymethyl)-phenylacetic acid with a compound of formula (A) wherein the various substituents are as defined in the description, and synthesis intermediates of said compounds.
