A repeating apparatus of the present invention converts a data signal from the mobile switching center to an intermediate frequency signal and transfers the intermediate frequency signal to an unused telephone line and a dedicated line network. The apparatus converts the intermediate frequency signal transferred through the unused telephone line and the dedicated line network to the data signal frequency signal and transfers the data signal to the mobile switching center.
