<p>The sole (2) has an outer layer (7) which is made of supple material which adheres to the ground and resists abrasion. Its upper layer (8), directly under the foot (4), is assembled directly to the edge of the upper (3a) or to an inner sole. It is made of elastic material which absorbs shocks. An intermediate layer (9), fixed to the lower surface of the upper layer (9b) and the upper surface of the lower layer (9a), is made of material that is rigid in torsion and flexion.
