Measuring apparatus for determining boron concentration

The invented measuring apparatus (2) for determining boron concentration in coolant (38) of atomic power station coolant circuit comprises a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter and the receiver are performed as mobile types in the form of a neutron source (16) and a counter tube (18), whereby between them there is introduced at least one spatial area that can be cooled, intended for location on a part (1) of the coolant circuit and conducting the coolant. The spatial area has a cooling channel (20) being flown by a cooling medium (22). In the cooling channel (20) there are arranged distance means (32) made of heat-stable and non-expandable material and ensuring, that the length of measuring path between the transmitter and the receiver is approximately constant even in case of change in environment conditions.
