<p>The invented spinning apparatus intended for carrying out amine oxide process of dry/wet spinning consists of a tank (1) with a liquid for a spinning bath and accommodating a bundling element (2) for bundling extruded fibers (4, 5). Between a spinning nozzle (3) having spinning holes for extrusion of fibers (4, 5) and being located above the tank (1) and the liquid surface (1a) there is performed an air gap with length (L) and placed a blowing device for cooling the extruded fibers (4, 5) immediately after they leave the spinning holes. The bundling element (2) is situated with respect to the spinning nozzle (3) at such a distance (h) that the angle {alpha}, being formed by fibers (4, 5) with perpendicular line directed on the surface (1a) of the spinning bath liquid makes at the most 45 degrees, and that the relationship 0.1 + 0.005 L is less than or equal to 0.7 di0(h-L)/h wherein (di0) represents the distance between the spinning hole and adjacent spinning hole thereof, and relationships 0.4 mm is less than or equal to di0 that is less than or equal to 2 mm and 0 mm is less than L that is less than 60 mm are met.</p> |
