<p>The method involves shaping a first sheet (1) into a configuration complementary to that of a product so that it houses the product entirely. A second sheet (2) is applied to the product, keeping the sheet flat at least in a respective central region surrounded by the respective peripheral region. The mutually connected homologous peripheral regions are shaped relative to the central portion of the second sheet forming a wrapper portion which is shaped like a case. Independent claims are included for a device for carrying out the method, and a food product wrapped by it, respectively.</p> |
