PURPOSE: Structure for combining a subframe of a vehicle is provided to improve assembly between a side member assembly and the subframe by reducing assembling component. CONSTITUTION: Subframe combining structure for a vehicle comprises plural vertical penetrating holes(41a,42a,43a) separately mounted on lower unit, a middle portion(42) and an upper portion(43) of a side member inner panel(40); a subframe mounting nut(50) installed through the penetrating holes; a screw holes(51,52) formed on an upper and lower portions of the subframe mounting nut; a flange unit(53) fixed on a floor face of the lower portion of the side member inner panel; an upper member(40a) installed on the side member inner panel by having a staple shape; a lower member(40b) arranged on the side member inner panel by having an L shape; and a side member outer panel(60) having a lower flange unit(62).
