PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical treatment device capable of simply treating osteoporosis a fracture or the like at a home or the like. SOLUTION: A human body to be treated is pinched by a pair of insulated electrodes 2a and 2a' consisting of conductors covered with an insulator so that alternating current may be passed to the bone, and alternating voltage is applied between the electrodes.
