PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-off nozzle assembly used for a deodorizing system and a method using ozone-contg. air flow. SOLUTION: A blow-off nozzle assembly 10 has a nozzle body 20, and the nozzle body has a cylindrical hollow part 8, an inlet 16 communicated with the hollow part, and blowing outlets 28 and 30 which respectively have a cylindrical shape with a smaller diameter than that of the hollow part and communicate with the hollow part through outlet parts 24 and 26 extending in the horizontal direction as a whole. A slender inserting body 32 is provided in the hollow part 18 of the nozzle body and a spiral channel 36 is provided on the cylindrical outer face. In addition, slender inserting bodies 40 are respectively provided in the outlet parts 24 and 26 and a spiral channel 38 is provided on the cylindrical outer face. The spiral channel 36 of the inserting body 32 and the spiral channels 38 of the outlet paths 24 and 26 are extended in the opposite directions each other.
