The slots and projections are made with a reverse gradient, and their dimension in height does not coincide. The slot cross-section area exceeds the cross-section area of projection for placement of the laminar coat by 1 to 12%. The parameter of elevation of the rectangular base above the cavities and projections concerning to the total area of the block is 1 to 1.9, less the thickness of the laminar coat.
