Angles of elevation of the latter are directed to opposite sides. Every surface of wedge contacts one of two rollers secured on turning plate which is hinge-connected to dressing-head rod. Wedge is capable of both forward and reverse travel. To perform next working stroke, auxiliary reverse idle running for wedge setting to initial position is not required. For wedge to perform next working stroke, plate with rollers is turned about its axis, as a result of which other roller comes in contact with respective operating surface of wedge which moves in reverse direction. After performance of the second (reverse) working stroke plate with rollers is turned in opposite direction, and the entire construction is moved in direction of infeed of dressing rollers till it comes in contact with operating surface of grinding wheel. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to reduction of device adjustment time. 3 dwg
