PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal compressor so as to obtain the high pressure SOLUTION: A device of this invention includes an impeller, which has vanes 5, 6 forming two pressure steps and directed in the radial direction and a circular disk 3 provided on each side surface. The vanes are respectively provided with cover disks 8, 9, and these cover disks are provided with vanes 4, 7 directed in the radial direction on each outward side surface so as to form other two pressure steps.
