PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent zero point shifting caused by adhesion and deposition of dirt such as dust or oil mist to the oscillating end of a flapper facing a nozzle and the malfunction of equipment and a device on the incorporated side. SOLUTION: A nozzle flapper mechanism 1 is housed in a closed case 8, and a supply port 4a for introducing supply air PN through an air pressure pipeline 4 is provided in the closed case so as to face it. An exhaust passage 9 for discharging air in the case to the outside is provided in the nozzle 2 arranged so that its opening end may face and close to the flapper 3.
