PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for switching the carrying direction of a roll sheet easily through a simple structure, and a printer comprising it. SOLUTION: A winding mechanism 13 winds roll sheet as a journal sheet. A frame 14 has a receipt carrying passage for discharging the roll sheet as a receipt sheet, and a journal carrying passage for carrying a printed roll sheet as a journal sheet to the winding mechanism 13. A movable guide 15 guides the roll sheet to the receipt carrying passage or the journal carrying passage. Carrying direction of the roll sheet can be switched easily between the receipt carrying passage and the journal carrying passage by moving the movable guide 15. |
