PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent environment from being affected by alkali such as sodium hydroxide dissolved into water for providing conductivity to water for electrolysis of water and being powerful chemical as chemical usually used to water purification, and also to prevent deterioration of a photo-catalyst electrode caused by oxidizing the photo-catalyst electrode itself, in the photo-catalyst electrode. SOLUTION: The water electrolysis device uses SrTiO3 having oxidation resistance and also being made a compound electrode containing TiO2 having photo-catalyst property semiconductive as the photo-catalyst electrode. Thus, this water electrolytic device not using sodium hydroxide is provided and also a sewage treating device and method by electrolysis are provided. |
