<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water absorbable composite material for holding a high water absorbable resin on a base material while holding a smoothly bonding state to hold the degree of freedoms of the resin on one side and releasing no resin swelled from the base material on the other. SOLUTION: In the water absorbable composite material comprising a nonwoven fabric base material, a high water absorbable resin, a fine cellulose fiber and a heat fusion-bonding component, the base material has a bulky structure, a part of the resin is held in the structure, a residue of the resin is exposed with a front surface of the base material, the fiber is brought into contact with a surface of the resin in a film-like state, the component is a hot-melt adhesive, the adhesive is formed in a net-like body, the body is covered at the resin and the fiber brought into contact with the resin from its outer surface to hold the resin.</p> |
