PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam treatment device which can rapidly and correctly focus the laser beam to a lesion without imposing a burden on an operator. SOLUTION: In a laser beam treatment device having an irradiation optical system to guide and apply the laser beam for treatment on a lesion and an observation optical system to observe an eye of a patient, comprises an aiming beam irradiating means to apply the aiming beam on the lesion to aim the laser beam for treatment at the focal position, a beam receiving means to receive the reflected aiming beam, a converging position changing means to change the converging position of the laser beam for treatment based on the condition of the reflected beam which is received by the beam receiving means, and a function start switch to input the start signal to function the converging position changing means. |
