PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of partitems in a round register, reduce the wind noise, and improve the directivity. SOLUTION: The round register comprises a cylindrical first retainer 1, a second retainer 2 which is turnably held inside the first retainer 1, and a blade 3 which is turnably held inside the second retainer in the direction orthogonal to the axis of turn of the second retainer 2. A plurality of fins in the conventional practice can be dispensed with, and one blade 3 is sufficient, and the directivity is improved since the air is blown out of the cylindrical second retainer 2. The blade 3 is relatively turnable in a double-axis manner to the first retainer 1, and the angle of the blade 3 with respect to an opening of the first retainer 1 can be arbitrarily adjusted.
