PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary equipment which does not create an excessive cost, time and processes every time when changing its program. SOLUTION: Rewriting a program is made possible even after mounting to a printed circuit boards, and a flash micro computer is mounted for which monitoring the contents of RAM is possible.
