PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the construction structure of toilet rooms capable of definitely connecting a plurality of drain holes for water closets to lateral drain pipes having water drain slopes without causing drain leakage and also the construction of toilet rooms which can be connected easily. SOLUTION: Drain unit comprises a drain lateral pipe having drain gradient and a plurality of toilet connections formed to the lateral drain pipe with the drain units constituted with supporting devices for connections individually housing and retaining a plurality of supports for the connections, a drain unit is installed along the wall surfaces of the toilet rooms arranged with a plurality of toilets, a tip opening portions of a plurality of drain cylinders extended from one side portion of the lateral drain pipe is positioned near the drain hole of a toilet of the tip opening of a plurality of drain cylinders, at the inner side of each drain cylinder, a double cylinder body having outer and inner cylinders with the inner cylinder being eccentric relative to the outer cylinder are fitted rotatably, the angle of rotation of the double cylindrical bodies is so determined that the drain holes of the inner cylinder and a water closet are positioned of the same straight line, a drain hole of the water closet is connected to the inner cylinder positioned and set as stated above, and a drain lateral pipe is made as a drain lateral pipe having an egg-shaped cross section.
