PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device of an in-body paper exhaust type which has a structure to pick out the sheets smoothly from the paper exhaust port. SOLUTION: This image forming device has formation mechanisms 2 to 6; discharge parts 8, 9, and 109 to discharge recording media where images are formed, to a sheet discharge part 21 provided in a body; and a aligning mechanism formed to receive the discharged recording media by the paper exhaust part 21, and aligned the front end part of the paper exhaust part 21. Since the sheets can be aligned near the paper picking out port by such a aligning mechanism, the sheet can be picked out very easily.
