PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling pouch having no problems in the practical use and to be securely unsealed on the position of an easily unsealing means provided on the pouch and dealing with a liquid sagging prevention bottle. SOLUTION: A pouring section 6 of the nozzle shape facing obliquely upward by notches 7a and 7b formed of the upper face side and the side face side is formed on an upper corner, and an easily unsealing means 9 for cutting off the end of the pouring section 6 is provided on a position connecting the notches 7a and 7b on both sides of a refilling pouch, and the shape of the notch 7a on the upper face side is formed into the U-shape or the V-shaped with a bottom section formed round, and a notch 10 used as a cue of the easily unsealing means is formed on the bottom of the notch 7a. A knob section 8 and an upper side section positioned on the side of the knob section are gripped and twisted in the reverse direction to simply and securely carry out the unsealing by the easily unsealing means 9. Although a pouring outlet formed after unsealing is not formed into the pointed shape, the pouring outlet can still be dealt with a liquid sagging prevention bottle and no problems are generated in the practical use.
