PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothen the transport of grain straws to a threshing depth carrying device in a combine harvester in which a pre-treating device is laterally slid. SOLUTION: In a combine harvester in which a pre-treating device B is laterally slid, the starting end side of the nipping and holding guide 37 of a threshing depth carrying device 7 is extended to the back portion of a left side raising device 15a. The starting end side of the nipping and holding guide 37 is connected to a vertical guide rod 21 disposed on the back portion of the left side raising device 15a. The guide rod 21 is disposed on the back side of a collecting plate 26 disposed in the rear portion of the left side raising device 15a. The nipping and holding guide 37 is connected to the guide rod 21 through an arm 24, and the starting end side of the nipping and holding guide 37 is strechably inserted into a cylindrical portion 25 of the arm 24.
