PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly discriminate an operation state and to drive a working apparatus to rise, in a working apparatus lifting and lowering structure of a working vehicle constituted so as to automatically drive the working machine to rise simultaneously with starting of rotation. SOLUTION: This working apparatus lifting and lowering structure of a working vehicle is equipped with a rotation movement detection means for detecting movement of a machine body from a direct advance state to a rotation state and an automatically raising means for driving the working machine to be risen by a driving function 7. The working apparatus lifting and lowering structure is equipped with a stop state detection means 27 for detecting whether or not the machine body is stopped and a checking means for preventing the working machine from driving to be risen by the automatically raising means.
