PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of reinforcing members of substrate portion in a drainage type floor and attain cost reduction as well as improve the degree of freedom. SOLUTION: This structure comprises a floor surface part composed of a plurality of floor pannels 1 layed in the direction of plane matrix at an interval of slit, floor joists 3 arranged below the floor surface part so as to receive dropping liquid from the slit, sleepers 4 provided or thogonal with the joists 3 so as to support the joists 3 while communicated with the inside of the joists 3 and connected to the side of drainage main pipe, buldled members 7 supporting lower surfaces of opposed ends of the sleepers 4, beam members 8 connecting center parts of the sleepers 4 to each other, bracings 9 connecting the lower ends of the beam members 8 to the upper ends of the bundles members 7. The pannel 1 can be kept at a specified height by grounding the lower sides of the bundled member 7 to the floor slub 10 side of a building.
