PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge performance to be housed and enhance applicability from a small type for domestic use to a large type for business by bringing a pickle vessel to have no protrusion outside of the vessel in the pickle vessel of a screw pressure type. SOLUTION: A vessel body 11 inside of which thread grooves S1 are formed, a disc type rotative sliding lid 12 formed with engaging male grooves S2 capable of being engaged with the thread grooves S1 of the vessel body 11 on its periphery and attached with a handling knob 12b on its upper surface and a standing sliding lid 14 are used in this pickle vessel. Materials to be pickled are pressurized by housing the materials to be pickled in the inside of the vessel body 11, putting the standing sliding lid 14 onto the materials and screwing the rotative sliding lid 12 from the upside of the standing sliding lid 14 to the inside of the vessel body 11. |
