PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder prosthesis excellent in fitting workability and high in service effect compared with a conventional one. SOLUTION: A shoulder prosthesis 10 having a humeral fracture part stem 20 comprises a body part 40 having an outer surface part, a shin part 50 fitted to this body part, and a head part 30. This body part comprises an inner fin-like part 42, a forward fin-like part 43 and a rear fin-like part 44. The inner fin-like part has one suture hole 42a. The forward fin-like part 43 and the rear fin-like part 44 has a plurality of suture holes 43a to 43c, suture holes 44a to 44c. The prosthesis further has an outer suture hole 45a across the outer surface part 41. This outer suture hole is formed in a projecting part 45 outside the prosthesis. In another embodiment, a tracing type prosthesis is provided with a marker to indicate an appropriate position of the stem. This prosthesis is provided with a corresponding marker to repeat the arrangement of the trial stem.
