PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a habituated massage in sleeping at pressure points for healing cold or snoring caused by fatness. SOLUTION: A stiff pillow is made of a material having a high modulus of elasticity. It has in upper cross section a ridge (1) of a curve based on a circle or half circle and in lower cross section a configuration of a curve having the same diameter as that of the upper cross section or larger than that to provide a stable base (2) broadening toward the bottom.
