PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a leg of seat hard to be deformed at the time of side collision of automobile and to strongly support a person seated on the seat. SOLUTION: A car body 1 is provided with a pair of right and left side walls 2, 2 and a floor panel 3 disposed between respective lower end portions of these right and left side walls 2, 2 and supported to the respective lower end portions of these respective side walls 2, 2. A seat 14 is disposed on the floor panel 3. The seat 14 is provided with a seat cushion 15 which is disposed above the floor panel 3 and on which a person seated can be seated; and a leg 17 for supporting the seat cushion 15 to the floor panel 3. A support member 36 extending to a width direction of the car body 1 is provided between the floor panel 3 and the leg 17. The leg 17 is supported on the floor panel 3 through this support member 36.
