PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preserve a medicine powder and to stabilize the injection amount of medicine powder and to prescribe a specified amount of the medicine powder to a patient. SOLUTION: A medicine powder storing cylinder 5 in which a medicine powder is stored in a hole 5A for the medicine powder is rotatably provided in a cylindrical storing part 4 of a holder 1. In addition, the storing cylinder 5 is provided with a rotating lever 13 which is arranged at a position for shutting an inlet 5B and an outlet 5C of the storing cylinder 5 at a medicine powder storing position and communicates the inlet 5B and the outlet 5C with an air inlet path 9 and an air outlet path 11 at a medicine powder prescribing position. As it is possible thereby to shut a medicine powder hole 5A of the storing cylinder 5 to the outside, it is possible to prevent the medicine powder from flowing out and to make a medicine prescribing tool portable. In addition, Since the medication vessel approximately comprises a holder 1, the storing cylinder 5 and a pump 6, the number of parts can be decreased to decrease manufacturing cost and it can be used as a disposable type medication vessel.
