PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of a governer weight for an injection pump by reducing abraision accompanied to sliding in a fulcrum portion serving as a pivot part and a contact portion which are made of iron. SOLUTION: In this governer device, a cam shaft 2 is provided to drive the injection pump 1, a cam gear 3 is journaled to the cam shaft 2, the governer weight 4 is attached to a front face of the cam gear 3, the weight 4 is composed of a bag 5 filled with a fluid w, and a stride piece 6 is movable longitudinally along an axial direction of the cam shaft 2 in accompaniment to centrifugal action.
