PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard frame which secures an advertisement display surface in an easily visible position, keeps a fitted illuminating lamp from being damaged, and is integral in design in a motor-truck provided with a load- carrying platform constructed in the rear of a driver's cab of a vehicle 1 and fitted with the guard frame formed into a U-shaped at the front end part of the load-carrying platform. SOLUTION: At least a central part of an upper connecting member 10b in the guard frame 10 is formed wide 11 so that the lower end part 11a has the substantially uniform height as the upper side 12a of a rear window 12 of the driver's cab 2 to use the rear surface of the wide part 11 as an advertisement display surface 13. Fitting spaces 14 for illuminating lamps 15 are formed on both side positions of the advertisement display surface 13 of the upper connecting member 10b, and illuminating lamps 15 are provided in the fitting spaces 14.
